Sublease Agreement
SUBLEASE AGREEMENT
IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS HEREIN, the following parties, [Name of Subtenant], hereinafter referred to as Subtenant, and [Name of Tenant], hereinafter referred to as Tenant. In consideration for the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree as follows:
Pursuant to said sublease agreement, [Name of Subtenant] hereby agrees to lease the following premises at : [Address and Description] commencing on [First Date of Sublease] and terminating on [Last Date of Sublease].
[Name of Subtenant] agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of original lease entered into by [Name of Tenant] and [Name of Landlord] on [Date of original Lease]. The original lease agreement and all terms and conditions thereof is hereby incorporated by reference into said sublease agreement. [Name of Subtenant] agrees to pay [Name of Landlord] the monthly rent stated in the original lease, which is $ [Amount of Monthly Rent].
[Name of Subtenant] agrees to pay [Name of Tenant] a security deposit in the sum of $ [Amount of Security Deposit] due upon the signing of said sublease agreement. Said deposit shall be returned to [Name of Subtenant] provided said premises are returned to [Name of Tenant] in the same condition received, to the extent reasonable possible.
Inventory of items that were in the above-described property on [Date of Inventory], includes the following: [Description of Inventory].
If any items are missing or damaged, [Name of Subtenant] hereby agrees to replace or reimburse said items for [Name of Tenant].
[Name of Landlord] hereby grants permission to this sublease and agrees to promptly notify [Name of Tenant] at [Address and Phone Number of Tenant] if [Name of Subtenant] defaults in this agreement. Nothing herein shall constitute a release of [Name of Tenant] who shall remain bound and wholly liable under all terms and conditions of this lease.
